Announcement of Corporate Merger

We are pleased to inform you that as of October 1, 2025, Mito Kogyo Co., Ltd. has merged with Sealive Co., Ltd.
Following the merger, Sealive Co., Ltd. has been newly established as the Ehime Electrical and Electronic Design Center of Mito Kogyo Co., Ltd.
